Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date).
We may request photos or carrier confirmation to process your claim.
After carrier investigation, we may offer a replacement (if available), refund, or store credit, at our discretion.
Butterfly Effects Co. is not responsible for delays or errors caused by the carrier once the package is in transit.
